My family and I were able to sit down this evening and watch the Santa Clause 2 while we decorated holiday cookies. It was fun to spend some family time together (Rich had finals yesterday and was home today. YAY!). And, I found that I really liked the movie, even though it was corny, it wasn't full of the trash that is so typical these days. I guess that's what I like about the holiday movies in general. You just find so much less of that.
Anyway, I still love the classic Christmas movies--It's a Wonderful Life; A Christmas Carol (really any version); and all the classic kids shows like Ruldolf, Charlie Brown, and the Grinch. They just make Christmas seem like Christmas time.
