I've been taking a professional digital design class on-line, and I love it! However, with the move, I have not had any time to design, and very little to keep up on the daily lessons. So, I'm a little behind. I'll share some designs once I get some design time later.
The lesson I was working on this morning before the kids woke up sent me to a blog, The Pioneer Woman (http://thepioneerwoman.com/). I got really curious and started perusing the blog a bit more. Wow! This woman is amazing. I look at all she does, from blogging, to photography, to cooking, to homeschooling, and I feel a little...inadequate. When a stop at Walmart with the kids on the way home is enough to through me over the edge, I don't know how people do it!
In other news, my boss told me I only have one month left at work. I've been working there 1 day a week for the last three years (I was full time before that). I have pretty mixed feelings about this. I like the income and the "professional" aspect it adds to my life, but things at home with the kids are getting more challenging, and not worrying about going to the office one day a week sounds appealing. Mostly though, I feel like I've been fired; three years has already been much longer than we ever thought I'd be able to work there. It's too bad they have a policy against working part time; then I'd still have a job.

It's Official
Rich sent me an email yesterday that said his PhD had officially posted on his transcript and that his diploma was in the mail.
CONGRATULATIONS, Dr. Hymas! Wow, that sounds so cool!

Moving Day
Yesterday was moving day. Yikes! We're living in chaos. I definitely have my work cut out for me. Oye!
That being said, I cannot believe how many wonderful people from the Centennial Park Ward showed up to help us move. We had 8-9 people there helping us move and pack. With a new baby, two older kids, and an unavailable husband, I did not get everything packed beforehand, so their help was even more critical. A special thanks to Becky Deppe for coming to help me pack beforehand, and to my mom for helping with the kids, and to my dad for helping us haul all of our stuff up this week. I would really have been in trouble without them!
So, if anyone is bored (j/k), I have plenty of stuff for you to do. :)

Postponed!
So, after some disappointing practice test results and a move, Rich has postponed his test until July 22. So, with such short notice last time, we are going to have a fast for him to do well on the test on July's Fast Sunday. Please keep him in your prayers that day.

Payers and Fasting
The last time we asked for your faith and prayers, miracles happened. So, we are asking you to exercise your faith once again. Please include Rich in your prayers and fasting during the next two weeks. He is taking Step 1 of the medical licensing exam is on June 24th. It's probably the most important test he will ever take. How well he does will have a HUGE impact on getting a good residency.
