Princess and Fishy Dollars

I started back to work this week, and was very excited when my co-worker told me about a new motivational tactic that his family uses. I created some Princess Dollars for Mackenzie and some Fishy Dollars for Aiden. Each time they do something they are suppose to, like make their beds, do their preschool, or go pee in the potty, they earn a dollar. When they are naughty or disobey, they loose a dollar. The dollars are redeemable for various items for various amounts. For instance:

5 Pez
10 Ice cream cone
25 Lunch
50 Trip to the Aquarium

They can save their dollars up or spend them as fast as they want to. Hopefully, it will be a good motivational technique.
